Funding of projects can be made possible through the EUREKA and Eurostars programs. The programs are the leading European platforms for industry-led, applied, close-to-market research. Within these programs "Calls for R&D Project Outlines" are regulary launched. The aim of these calls is to facilitate:

• Industrial R&D partnering between the most technology intensive MNEs, SMEs, academia and research institutes
• Creation of new high tech R&D consortia between countries
• Funding of market oriented R&D projects  

 

SWITZERLAND-SWEDEN CALLS

Switzerland & Sweden regularly launch a "Switzerland-Sweden Call for R&D Project Outlines" within the EUREKA and Eurostars programs. 

Sweden currently has no allocated budget for organisations participating in the next EU Partnership on Innovative SMEs / Eurostars call for projects (deadline spring 2023). If you are a Swedish organisation wanting to participate in an EU Partnership on Innovative SMEs / Eurostars consortium, contact your national funding body to see whether there are other funding opportunities available or talk to them about self-funding.

Budget will be available for the EU Partnership on Innovative SMEs / Eurostars call for projects deadline in autumn 2023.
